Refund Policy

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale.

If an order has already been charged and you want to cancel it or request a refund, email support@surosrx.com and include your order number, if available. Requests are reviewed individually based on the order’s processing, dispensing, and shipping status. A cancellation or refund is not guaranteed once medication has been dispensed or shipped.

If you believe there is an issue with your medication, please contact us at support@surosrx.com and we’ll work with the dispensing pharmacy to resolve it.
