Frequently asked questions
How the service works. For anything clinical, your licensed provider is the right source.
How does SUROS Rx work?
You start an online visit and complete a medical intake. A licensed provider reviews your information and determines whether a prescription is appropriate. If it is, your medication is prepared by a licensed 503A/503B compounding pharmacy partner and shipped to you. Refills and ongoing care are handled through your patient portal.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes. Everything offered through SUROS Rx is prescription-only and requires review by a licensed provider. Nothing is dispensed without a prescription.
Who reviews my information?
Licensed medical providers. SUROS Rx is a telehealth platform and does not make clinical decisions — your provider does.
Where are the medications prepared?
Compounded medications are prepared by licensed 503A/503B compounding pharmacy partners in the United States.
How is pricing determined?
The prices on this site are estimates for a standard monthly subscription. Your final price is confirmed only after a provider reviews your intake. Each treatment page carries the full pricing disclosure.
* Price reflects the standard monthly subscription for this treatment. Availability and final pricing are confirmed by your provider during intake review — if a prescription isn't appropriate for you, you aren't charged.
